Wraith theme has a single preloader animation built-in, and this module extends with new preloader animations.
To configure and select a different preloader animation, access Customizer > General options > Site preloader, and if you enable the Site preloader option, you should see a list with the new preloaders with extra customization options, such as color, text or image.
This plugin comes pre-installed with Wraith.
